Alden Abshire

Alden is a Waco native who graduated from Baylor University with majors in Business Fellows, Finance, Accounting, and Management Information Systems and a minor in Statistics. Alden has been investing since he was young, and his interest grew at Baylor through the Large-Cap Portfolio Management Practicum, where students manage a multimillion-dollar fund endowed by Baylor alumni. While at Baylor, he also served as a Junior Analyst with the Baylor Angel Network and was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.
After graduation, Alden spent several years as an Analyst with J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Dallas, serving ultra-high-net-worth families, before coming home to Waco to join Winnacle Wealth. He has passed Levels I and II of the CFA® Program and is a Level III candidate.
Outside the office, Alden enjoys spending time with his family; he and his wife, Kailey, recently welcomed their first child, Clarksyn. You'll also find him on the golf course, playing pickleball or tennis, or cheering on the Bears at just about any Baylor sporting event.
